How to Switch Languages on Our Website

  1. Locate the Language Menu:
    • Look for the language icon on the top left corner of the webpage. 
    • Click on the language icon to open the language options.
  2. Select Your Preferred Language:
    • From the dropdown list, click on the language you want to switch to. The website will automatically refresh and display the content in the selected language.

How to Translate a Google Doc

  1. Open Your Google Doc:
    • Start by opening the Google Doc you want to translate.
    • If you don't own the document, click on the File menu and select "Make a copy" to create your own copy of the document.
    • If the document says .DOCX next to the title, click on the file menu and select "Save as Google Docs".
  2. Go to the Tools Menu:
    • Click on the "Tools" menu in the center of the menu bar.
  3. Select Translate document:
    • In the dropdown menu, click "Translate document" and a window will appear.
  4. Choose a Language:
    • Click the Choose a language drop down menu.
    • Scroll through the list and click on the language you want to use.
  5. Click the Translate button.
    • A translated copy of your Google Doc will open.

How to Translate a Google Form

  1. Open the Google form:
    • Start by opening the Google form you want to translate.
  2. Right Click anywhere on the form:
    • Right click, or use a different method depending on your device, and a menu will appear.
  3. Select Translate:
    • Click on "Translate" or "Translate to", even if it lists the current language.
  4. A box will appear in the upper right corner.
  5. Select the language you want if it appears, or choose another language.
    • If the language you want to translate to does not appear, click on the three vertical dots and select “Choose another language.”
  6. If you choose another language, select a language from the menu.
  7.  Click Translate.
